Wellness is a huge passion of mine. I strive daily to eat healthy and exercise. Starting the day off with a super green smoothie is an absolute must for me. Feeling my best is crucial so i can be the best version of myself and get through the day feeling energized. I have been making this smoothie for 6 years now for Ale and I and we can’t start our day without it! I highly recommend incorporating a green smoothie into your daily diet for a boost of energy!
SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE:
1 1/2 cups water
Splash of coconut water (optional)
1 frozen organic banana
1 organic apple
1 organic pear (i also use frozen pineapple)
handful of organic spinach
1 head of organic romaine lettuce chopped
3 to 4 stalks organic celery
Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon
1 tbs of spirulina, 1 tbs of hemp seeds, 1tbs chia seeds
1 tbs of the coconut cult (probiotics!
blend and enjoy with a metal straw!
